- Waterproof cover wear is available for those who don't want to get wet
- Please don't bring cameras or video cameras etc. on the jetboat as they will get wet
- Please be at Ginowan Marina at least 15 min before the ride starts
- Car and bus parking is available at Ginowan Marina
- Customers must be of sound health
- Customers must be at least 5 years of age
- Pregnant women should not ride
- People with back injuries or heart problems should not ride
- Tropical Jet may be cancelled without notice due to ocean or weather conditions
